What paper do you use?
Our posters are printed on 192 g/m2 acid-free matte paper to not only look great, but last a lifetime.
What frame do you use?
Alder, Lightweight, semi-hardwood frame from renewable forests. Thick Frame - 0.75". We use Acrylite front protector to protect the drawings and adding hanging hardware to the package as well.
Who has created the illustrations?
The illustrations are created by our super talented artists.
Where do you ship from ?
We are shipping from couple of fulfilment centers located in Europe and USA.
How long does the delivery take?
The time until delivery is consisted from fulfillment time and shipping time.
Our drawing and fulfilment time is usually 1-3 business days.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay with PayPal / BIT / Paybox / Pay.
Do I need to pay taxes?
No, taxes are included in the item price.
Can I cancel my order?
If for some reasonyou have a change of heart and want to cancel your order make sure to get in touch with us up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been drawn, printed or shipped.

My item is damaged, what should I do?
We are sad to hear that your order is not in the perfect condition we always strive to deliver. This is really something we try our best to prevent by using the best shipping and delivery partners possible. However, sometimes accidents do happen during shipping. Please send us images of your damaged item to email@example.com and we will handle it as soon as possible.
How many figures can be in the illustration?
The illustration pricing is based on up to 2 figures in an image. You can choose more on the prodct page and the price is accordingly.
Do I have the option to review before delivery?

You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I do if my address is wrong?
If for some reason the address is incorrect, write us an email to email@example.com as fast as possible so that we can change the address on our end. However, be aware that we cannot change the address once the package has been shipped from our site!
